From Pharaoh's              Hand

          --a prodigal in the wilderness

Elizabeth Merriweather is a high school senior. She is also pregnant and scared. After running away to Memphis to find an abortion clinic, she finds herself in an even greater dilemma, kidnapped by not your everyday garden criminal, but drug runner jewel thief, Catfish Jones, who drags her off to the rural hills of Tennessee to become his wife. Will Elizabeth and the precious new life she is carrying survive in the wilderness? Will she find redemption and rescue before she's forced to become Mrs. Phineas Jones?

From Pharaoh's Hand captures small town Southern culture at its best and worst. Characters come alive and tug at the heart strings. Has a good message and plot! Start reading and you won't put it down 'til you're finished! Great Christian fiction! Eager for my teenager daughter read this book. --M. Lutes

This is a fabulous story ! The way she depicts small town life is spot on, makes you feel like you are on the banks of the Buffalo river. As a mother of teenage daughters I was impressed with the fact that I enjoyed the book as much as my two oldest daughters and that we had a very meaningful discussion about the subject matter. Well written. Great message. MUST READ!!! --Shelly B

must say, right out of the gate, the book is well written. I was hooked from chapter one. The characters, plot and organization of events were well thought out and so timely. The World needs to know and experience the God of Hope and second chances revealed in this inspirational tale. These things happen in real life.....to real people.....to good families just like yours and mine. We must talk about these things with young Christians. God is the ONLY answer when you mess up. He is our only Hope and I applaud C.H. Green for writing this kind of story especially in a society were we work so hard to not offend anyone....anyone but God that is. --  T.W.M.
